What’s in Steve’s pot today?

 

And here’s what Steve’s serving up at Vanier’s  today …

1.  Pork chorizo sausage with swiss chard, white bean and spanish smoked paprika
– of course the pig was BC grown  (the other p** is not the only “p” product that BC excels in)
– and the swiss chard is from – you guessed it — just up the road at the UBCF

2.  Roasted potato, cauliflower, masala
– vegan
– gluten free
