There’s a name for everything these days. The term flexitarian means that someone who is mostly vegetarian, but eats meat occasionally. Nothing wrong with that, but in my mind you cannot apply the term “vegetarian” to your lifestyle if you eat meat. It’s like saying that you’re mostly pregnant or kind of married – you either are, or you are not. Whatever my thoughts are on labels are, though, I do think that eating less meat is better for animals and environment!
So, if you’re one of those people who are still sitting on the dietary fence or you are a proud meat lover, today is your day!
